We design, build and project manage exhibition stands, working with the customer from initial pencil sketches through CAD designs, high quality build, dressing of the stand and any additional services that may be required.

Exhibition Design
Having been impressed with our stand design from 2017, Tom Horn asked us to again pitch for their stand at the 2018 ICE Exhibition. We took their feedback on board from the previous stand and created a modern, sleek, technology-driven design.
Exhibition Design & Build
After a successful event in 2016, Weir invited us back to design and build their stand at the challenging site of Hillhead Quarry. The main focus of the stand was a large outdoor product, so we designed an eye-catching entrance feature to sit alongside this, using rocks from the quarry.
Pop-up Banner
Aquam needed a pop-up banner for various events and exhibitions they were attending. We designed an eye-catching banner for them and then printed and delivered this at a great price. We also designed a graphic wrap to go around the carry case, to allow this to be used as a podium on the stand to make the most of the space and branding opportunities.
Signage
Ivanti came to us for high quality signage throughout their offices following a re-brand. We created 2 large back-lit panels with 3D laser-cut lettering and various vinyl graphics throughout their large office space. We installed all of the graphics with a team of fitters and our Account Manager was on site to oversee everything.
Signage
Our brief from Hartford High was to design some large signage for their school to create a warm and welcoming environment whilst conveying their achievements and school ethos. We took the ‘think…’ message and created boards for ‘think sport’, ‘think maths’ and various other areas of the school curriculum.
Hillhead Stand
Siemens are a very large multinational company and have been a client of ours since we set up in 2010. At this Hillhead Exhibition, we designed and built an indoor space-only stand to showcase their technologies. This included manufacturing bespoke product stands and designing the large format graphics in line with their strict brand guidelines.

Hillhead is a challenging event as it is set in a quarry. We worked with Weir to design a sleek marquee area for client meetings, and a large outdoor space to showcase their products. This involved leveling the ground, managing the positioning of the products via crane and forklifts and manufacturing bespoke product display panels.

Motovario had a shell scheme stand at the 2016 Hillhead Exhibition. They instructed us to help them maximize their space and display their branding in the best possible way. We constructed walls around the booth and stretched high quality material prints across the length to give a seamless graphic. We also branded the furniture and set up the stand for them.
Bespoke Design & Build
This was the third consecutive time we have won the EnerMech stand at the Offshore Europe exhibition. The client was extremely happy with the finished result in creating a bright, open and welcoming stand that reflected their branding.
Exhibition Design
Tom Horn asked us to design a stand for their space at the 2017 ICE Exhibition. We created a concept that put their technology at the forefront and allowed people to easily access the products and speak to the staff, with a partially enclosed meeting area for more private talks.

Outdoor Exhibition
For this outdoor exhibition we utilised a large marquee, and material print graphics to create a striking, clean finish at an affordable price. As the exhibition was based in a quarry, there were many challenges, especially involving the delivery of products.
Marquee & Event Management
After pitching against 3 other companies, we won the job to design and build this stand. There was a tight budget, so we came up with the idea to create 2 large feature structures representing the barcode in the client’s logo.
Hoarding
We won the job to print and fit graphics to over 350m of uneven hoarding on the new Salford University campus building site. We delivered this project on budget and within the tight time frames required.
Bespoke Design & Build
We were asked to design an exhibition stand that incorporated an area for meetings, a bar, reception area and storage. The acrylic details we used gave a slick, professional feel, whilst the bold use of colour meant the brand was clearly represented.
Conference Management
We were asked to not only arrange the staging, AV, graphics and literature, but also the activities during the day and at the evening dinner. We came up with a number of ‘team-building’ workshops for the client to chose from.
Outdoor Exhibition
For this outdoor exhibition we utilised a large marquee to showcase the clients products and services. As the exhibition is based in a quarry, the main challenges were co-ordinating deliveries to the stand and creating a clean, professional finish in a tough environment.
Office Branding
Concept design proposal and print for the entire office utilising various print methods from vinyl, 3D prints and hanging signage. Working within tight corporate guidelines and creating a practical, interactive space for team discussion.
Shell Scheme
We were asked to come up with the most cost effective method for creating graphics for a shell scheme stand, whilst making sure the finish was eye-catching and professional looking. We used pvc to create an inexpensive and re-usable solution.
Bespoke Stand Design
We produced full colour 3D renders of 3 different designs to give the client a wide range of choices. We focused on the ‘X’ in their branding to create a nice eye-catching feature in this particular design.
Bespoke Design & Build
Our team worked on this 20m x 10m exhibition stand, to create the feeling of an airplane. We managed the whole process from the design of the stand, graphic design and print, deliveries, furniture, electrical orders and dressing of the stand.
Office Branding
Siemens in Leeds wanted to update their offices with some new large format signs. We did a site visit to assess the areas, measure up and take a brief, and then designed, printed and fitted the signs to suit the clients' requirements.
Free-standing Exhibition Stand
Wyboston Lakes had a relatively small budget and asked us to come up with a method of creating a portable exhibition stand. We designed the stand and included a printed travel case so that all aspects of the stand could be used.

This was one of 3 stands we designed and built at this event. The client was very keen to keep the branding looking clean and crisp, so we used high quality materials and backlit graphics to give a slick finish.
Office Branding
We designed and printed a number of signs in Siemens offices. This included acrylic panels with metal panel supports, magnetic noticeboards, hanging signs and meeting room name plaques. These all had to be striking but work within the Siemens guildelines.
Bespoke Design & Build
This was one of 3 stands we designed and built at this exhibition. The main feature of this was a back-lit curved wall. We also included a large hanging banner with a back-lit graphic acting as a canopy.
